Workspace recently converted this beautiful old industrial building from a vacant shell into a new 37,000 sq-ft arts facility. The building houses approximately 65 artists working in diverse mediums.

Workspace has a 1000-3000sq-ft gallery/events space with lighting, tables, chairs, audio/video, grand piano, etc. This space is available to rent by the day, week or month to independent curators and event planners.
